A detailed sketch must be submitted as part of the application indicating parcel boundaries, structure dimensions, and distances as specified in the instructions.
The Wyandot County GIS (link below) is a useful tool for finding this information.  Fees will be determined after application submission.

Administration

Upper Sandusky Planning & Zoning duties are administered by the Wyandot County Regional Planning Commission located in the Wyandot County Courthouse.
Applications and payments can be turned into the Regional Planning mailbox just inside the courthouse entrance.
